Some of the Israeli military strategic analysts were shocked regarding the North Korean response on the declarations made by the Minister of the war Avigdor Lieberman, who described the Korean leadership as a group of madmen standing with Syria and Iran. They commented that the response did not only include political escalation by asserting the stable Korean support of Palestine, Syria, and Iran, but it also included a frank threat of merciless punishment that must be taken seriously.
The analysts ascribe their concern to three main things. First, the ideological and the political positions of the Korean leadership that make it classify Israel as an enemy, Korea stems from an ideological description of Israel as a racist settler entity that is based on raping the right of the Palestinians of their land, it converges with the description made by Iran; that it is an artificial cancer gland which must be removed even from different non-religious principles. Politically Korea considers that Israel is as a cat claw which the Americans move to protect their interests, and as a part of the US goals which must be targeted in any supposed confrontation with the Americans, and maybe its importance comes before the US military and oil goals in the Gulf as a part of the Korean target bank.
According to the worried analysts the second reason is that the Korean leadership which seems that it does not pay attention to considerations shows throughout its history that it is one of the most accurate leadership in its considerations, therefore, the Israeli leadership has to pay attention to the possibility of Korea’s desire to avoid targeting the United States in any military escalation round that may occur between Washington and Pyongyang just in order to allow the path of negotiation, it knows that the first Korean missile that will fall on the US territory will mean a war that will end with the destruction of Korea and its loss, because according to the United States this subject does not bear a settlement that puts America as a peer with a small country as Korea. Therefore, it must be noticed that Israel is one of the Korean military goals in case of escalation with America which its bombing will not lead to the end of the negotiation process with Washington, but it makes an objective change in the balances of the power in favor of the Iranian ally of Korea which will be ready to incite that option and to pay the necessary financial cost to be adopted by Pyongyang, and maybe the bombardment of the arrogant Israel would become outside the red lines of each of Beijing and Moscow, so it will not cause a crisis to Pyongyang as other more uncertain and dangerous objectives.
According to these analysts, the third reason is that the technical difficulties may hinder the Korean efforts to acquire the capability of making its ballistic missiles reach the US territory, as its current tests of the missiles that exceed the four thousand kilometers prove, but its previous tests have proven its ability to produce and to test ballistic missiles that carry traditional warheads that can be supplied with nuclear heads with a range that reaches the Mediterranean Sea, that makes Israel and its vital installations at the Korean hand. As the Korean inability to reach the stage of targeting the US territories may drive Washington for more bullying, as any US provocation of the Korean leadership may make Korea adopt the strongest opportunities of the available response, which is targeting Israel.
The analyses lead eventually to recommend the Israeli leaderships of self-distancing from the American-Korean debate and to keep silent, because the situation does not bear the arrogance and superiority, while the realism requires the reservation and the avoidance of the fall into unjustified risks of a war which is not the war of Israel.

قلق «إسرائيلي» من استفزاز كوريا

– توقّفت تعليقات بعض المحللين العسكريين الاستراتيجيين «الإسرائيليين» أمام الردّ الكوري الشمالي على تصريحات وزير الحرب أفيغدور ليبرمان الذي وصف القيادة الكورية بمجموعة مجانين يقفون مع سورية وإيران. وقالت إنّ الردّ لم يتضمّن مجرد تصعيد سياسي بتأكيد الوقوف الكوري الثابت مع الفلسطينيين وسورية وإيران، بل تضمّن تهديداً صريحاً بعقاب لا يرحم، ودعت لأخذه على محمل الجدّ.
– يُدرج المحللون لتفسير قلقهم ثلاثة أسباب رئيسية، الأول أنّ الموقفين العقائدي والسياسي للقيادة الكورية يجعلانها تصنّف «إسرائيل» عدواً، فكوريا تنطلق من توصيف عقائدي لـ«إسرائيل» ككيان استيطاني عنصري قائم على اغتصاب حق الشعب الفلسطيني بأرضه، وتتلاقى مع توصيف إيران لـ«إسرائيل» بالغدّة السرطانية المصطنعة الواجب اقتلاعها، ولو من منطلقات مختلفة غير دينية، وسياسياً تعتبر كوريا أنّ «إسرائيل» هي مخلب قطّ يحركه الأميركيون لحماية مصالحهم ويعتبرون «إسرائيل» ضمن شبكة الأهداف الأميركية المطلوب استهدافها في أيّ مواجهة مفترضة مع الأميركيين، بل تأتي قبل الأهداف العسكرية والنفطية الأميركية في الخليج ضمن بنك الأهداف الكوري.
– السبب الثاني، وفقاً للمحللين القلقين، هو أنّ القيادة الكورية التي تبدو جهة لا تقيم الحسابات تظهر عبر تاريخها أنها من أكثر القيادات دقة في حساباتها، ولذلك على القيادة «الإسرائيلية» أن تنتبه إلى احتمال رغبة كوريا بتفادي استهداف الولايات المتحدة الأميركية في أيّ جولة تصعيد عسكري قد تقع بين واشنطن وبيونغ يانغ، لأنها تريد أن تبقي الباب مفتوحاً للتفاوض، وتعلم أنّ أول صاروخ كوري يسقط على الأراضي الأميركية سيعني حرباً لا تنتهي إلا بدمار كوريا وخسارتها للحرب، لأنّ الأمر لا يحتمل بالنسبة لأميركا تسوية بعدها تضعها في موقع ندّي مع دولة صغيرة بحجم كوريا، ولذلك يجب التحسّب لكون «إسرائيل» واحدة من الأهداف العسكرية الكورية في حال التصعيد مع أميركا التي لا يترتّب على قصفها إقفال طريق التفاوض مع واشنطن، عدا عن كونه يُحدث موضوعياً تغييراً في موازين القوة لحساب الحليف الإيراني لكوريا الذي سيكون جاهزاً للتحريض على ذلك الخيار، ودفع الكلفة المالية اللازمة لاعتماده من بيونغ يانغ، وربما يكون قصف «إسرائيل» المتعجرفة قد أصبح خارج الخطوط الحمراء لكلّ من بكين وموسكو، وبالتالي لا يسبّب لبيونغ يانغ أزمة كمثل أهداف أخرى أشدّ التباساً وأخطاراً.
– السبب الثالث، وفقاً لهؤلاء المحللين، هو أنّ صعوبات تقنية قد تعترض المساعي الكورية لامتلاك القدرة على بلوغ صواريخها الباليستية الأراضي الأميركية، كما تقول تجاربها الحالية لصواريخ تتخطّى الأربعة آلاف كليومتر، لكن تجاربها السابقة أثبتت تمكّنها من إنتاج وتجربة صواريخ باليستية تحمل رؤوساً متفجّرة تقليدية وقابلة للتزوّد برؤوس نووية بمدى يبلغ البحر الأبيض المتوسط ويجعل «إسرائيل» ومنشآتها الحيوية في مطال اليد الكورية، وبمثل ما قد يتسبّب العجز الكوري عن بلوغ مرحلة القدرة على استهداف الأراضي الأميركية بدفع واشنطن لمزيد من الاستقواء قد يدفع أيّ استفزاز أميركي القيادة الكورية لاعتماد أقوى فرص الردّ المتاح، وهو استهداف «إسرائيل».
– تخلص التحليلات إلى إسداء نصيحة للقيادات «الإسرائيلية» بالنأي بالنفس عن السجال الأميركي الكوري، والتزام الصمت. فالظرف لا يحتمل التعجرف والتعالي، والواقعية تستدعي التحفظ وتجنّب الوقوع في أخطار لا مبرّر لها في حرب هي ليست حرب «إسرائيل».
